Installers & Apprentice:

Apply to join our team of HVAC installers. We offer an apprenticeship program for individuals wanting to get started in a career in HVAC. Job duties include but not limited too; helper to journeyman installing ductwork in crawl spaces and or attic areas of new construction and or existing homes. Sheet metal fabrication.

Journeyman HVAC installers must have 2 years or more experience and the required L&I certifications. Capable of installing duct work and stack furnace. Fire off weld/fire off of outdoor equipment.

Service Technicians & Apprentice:

Apply to join out team of certified factory trained HVAC service technicians. We offer an apprenticeship program for individuals currently enrolled in an HVAC school or equivalent/mechanically minded individuals. Job duties included but not limited too; riding along with licensed service technicians to learn troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance on all brads of heating & cooling equipment.

Service Technicians must have a minimum of 2 years experience and 2000 hours logged L&I hours with a 060A card. NATE certified refrigeration handler's license. Able to trouble shoot and diagnose all major brands of equipment. Both residential and commercial applications. Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public a must. Able to carry an on call pager as scheduled for 24 hour emergency service.
