How Financing Works
Because we are a Premier TRANE & Mitsubishi Dealer, we are able to offer you the lowest rates available to us, through Wells Fargo. You have the option to put some money down, or no money down.
Once you are approved online, our team members handle the rest! You will be presented with the carbon copy authorization form prior to installation confirming no additional fees.
Wells Fargo will send you a Home Projects card with our name on it. This card is for reference only.
We submit the information to Wells Fargo after your installation is completed. Wells Fargo typically reaches out to you in three to six weeks with documentation to start your payments.
