Repair VS Replace Costs?
A question that is asked the most, is how much do repairs generally cost? It is difficult to give a ball park average on repair costs. Many factors such as the extent of the repair and the availability of the parts can impact cost.
It is common practice for a trip and diagnostic fee to be charged to cover sending a truck on site to evaluate the equipment. We break those charges down for you so it is clear what each is. The trip fee is a flat fee based on location. The diagnostic fee is a labor charge broken down in 15 minute incriments, rather than charging “by the hour”. Our Customer Service Representatives will quote you the appropriate Trip and Diagnostic at the time you schedule. After the technician finds the problem, they will go over the findings and discuss charges before we get started. Our goal is to inform and help educate so you can make the best decision for your home and budget.
